Case Study: Allstate Sign & Plaque – Public Relations Campaign
To generate national attention for a local signage and decal supplier, we felt the best strategy was a public relations campaign focused on mainstream media, as well as, targeted trade publications.
To start, HJMT created a media list and drafted an appealing pitch letter. HJMT then pitched various trade publications and worked with these publications on topics that would be interesting for their readers. HJMT ghost-wrote the articles and coordinated submission of all materials. We also created a pitch focused on a nationwide contest and to gain visibility and awareness for the contest through targeted media outreach.
As a result of our efforts, we were able to obtain bylined articles and featured product articles in major construction and education publications – the client’s two main target audiences – as well as secure features in major local media including FiOS1 News and Newsday.
