HJMT Placement: Chicago Woman

Meredith Atwood of Swim Bike Mom, was recently featured on Chicago-Women.com. Like many of us,  Meredith struggled with the balance of a full time career and being a parent. But in 2010, she made a complete change in her life and found herself again through the sport of triathlon. Check out the placement we garnered for her and learn more about her story of inspiration, proof that the everyday person can do amazing things!

Here is an excerpt from the article: “I decided to start 2017 with the intention and the mission to make a difference in everyone’s life I come in contact with—and maybe that’s too much–but I want to make someone’s day easier, happier, healthier or funny if I come in contact with them. I realize it’s a big goal, but I feel so much better when I am GIVING and HELPING people then when I focus on me, me, me. Turning my attention to what I can do to help others makes me happy. It’s a work in progress, I recognize, and I will not always succeed.”
