The LI STEM Hub launched in 2012 with a mission to educate Long Island’s next-generation workforce in STEM fields. They needed help growing greater awareness of what they do and came to HJMT for assistance to get this visibility.
To start, we suggested re-introducing the LI STEM Hub to the public for those who may not know of its presence on Long Island. We targeted Long Island publications, newspapers, TV, and radio.
As a result, Innovate LI contacted us to work on a follow up piece from a few years back. Ken White, manager of Brookhaven National Lab’s Office of Educational Programs, was able to educate Innovate LI’s readers on what the LI STEM Hub is up to now.
